Shukul kachwalla

Shukul is a Natural Health and Holistic Nutrition Practitioner whose major focus is health and vitality through healthy lifestyle practices. He firmly values food as the best medicine and specialises in digestive health as well as the reversal of chronic illness caused by lifestyle factors, such as Ulcerative Colitis & Crohns, Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension and many more. 

Over the weekend, Shukul will deliver a workshop on nutrition and health, he has also devised the menu, which not only nourishes the body, it is scientifically proven to help prevent and reverse some of our most chronic conditions. He looks forward to educating you on how you can take control of your health once and for all!

Grace Bell

Grace is a positive and passionate yoga teacher who has found the practice of Yoga to transform, inspire and enhance the journey of life so far. Grace believes that embracing the essence of yoga and mindfulness on the mat and in daily life will see the improvement of inner health, happiness and well-being. Completion of the Diploma of Yoga and Natural Therapies (Internationally recognized by Yoga Alliance) at Wellpark College, influenced Grace to integrate the practice of traditional yoga with an energized yet soft compassionate attitude. Her classes are a gentle mindful flow through the combination of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, intertwining physical postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, meditation, sound (mantra).

During the weekend she will be running classes suitable for people of all ages and levels of practice, using the mind, body and spirit to explore and play with the aspiration to unearth a deeper connection to the true radiant self.

Divya Singh

Divya is a Masters qualified Counsellor from Monash University in Melbourne. Her passion is to help people overcome their fears and anxieties. She is also a qualified Hypnotherapist and strongly believes in the power of the mind for overcoming obstacles. 

Divya will be running a mindfulness workshop with the group and will be available over the weekend to work with participants and answer any questions. Divya uses a variety of techniques to help people improve their quality of life.
